1. Dress -We kindly request well covered dress on campus. Women are requested to avoid any kind of short and transparent dress on the campus. 2.Alcohol and Smoking- We do not permit alcohol and smoking in the campus. 3. Sabbath observance- Saturdays are our weekly worship days so all kinds of games and other activities would be restricted. All the treatment plan would be executed as per schedule except for procedures and sessions. 4.No cooking allowed. 5.No outside food or any snacks allowed during the treatment.

We give lifestyle treatment otherwise called as Lifestyle Medicine. Lifestyle medicine is a system by which we specialise in treating the underlying cause of disease rather than its symptoms that are too often addressed with ever-increasing quantities of pills and spiralling health care costs. We mainly use just two tools to treat diseased conditions, which are Diet and Lifestyle modification. After years of meticulous scientific research and solid evidence based approach, we were able to identify the specific nutrients and the Lifestyle actions which creates an ideal condition in the body for healing which aids to reverse disease conditions. For the diet part, we suggest to sources the nutrition from organically grown Vegetables, Greens, Herbs, Leaves, Fruits, Legumes, Grains, Nuts and seeds. For the Lifestyle part, we suggest the specific Lifestyle action that needs to be practiced religiously to re-establish the right balance in the mind and body to function normally.

Our center is located about 30 KM away from the main town of Kodaikanal in a village called Perumballam. Government bus comes till our gate twice a day. It starts from Kodaikanal at 6:00 am and in the afternoon at 1:15 pm. We can also arrange for a taxi pick up from the Airport, Railway station and Bus stand.

The climate near the center during Summer – warm as the temperature of the place during the months of March to May is from 20 degree Celsius to 30 degree Celsius. Winter- the climate becomes quite cold as the minimum temperature drops to about 8 degree Celsius in the month of January, especially in night, the temperature sometimes goes down to freezing level.
